Gene
Simmons
from Kiss is being sued for
claims of “****** battery”.

According to legal documents obtained by The
Blast
, the woman is alleging that the Kiss singer-bassist
“forcefully placed his hand on her vagina.”

The alleged incident reportedly took place at the opening of a
restaurant owned by Simmons – ‘Rock & Brews’ in 2016. The
women who has made the allegations was working as a dishwasher in
the restaurant two years ago when Simmons is alleged to have
touched the claimant.

The woman claims that she didn’t know who Simmons was but was
asked to appear in a photo with him at which point she alleges:
“he reached over and forcefully placed his hand on her vagina,
completely covering it.”

Simmons has yet to make any official comment on the
allegations.

She also claims that Simmons behaved “in a sexually charged
manner with other women.” The claimant is reportedly seeking a
jury trial and an unspecified amount of damages.

A year ago, Simmons was sued for ****** battery by another woman
who alleged that the star made “unwanted, unwarranted ******
advances” during an interview.
In July, the musician
reportedly settled the case for an undisclosed amount of money.

Back in October, Simmons revealed why he hates Kiss’ classic
song, ‘I Was Made For Lovin’ You.’
 The
musician was asked by OK!
Magazine in a video interview
to name one of the group’s
songs that he doesn’t like despite its popularity.

Simmons said that when guitarist and singer Paul Stanley first
introduced him to the track, which featured on the band’s 1979
album ‘Dynasty’, he was very taken by Stanley’s opening
lyrics but later disappointed when his part in performing the song
was revealed to him.

Stanley told him that he would sing the song’s catchy chorus
melody, to which he replied: “You’re killing me. I’m going to
sing like my grandmother?”

“I hate playing that song today,” Simmons continued in the
OK! interview. “Stadiums full of people jumping up and down like
biblical locusts. They go nuts jumping up and down and I’m going,
‘Do, do, do, do, do, do, kill me now.’…Still to this day I
hate that song.”

Meanwhile, Kiss are bringing their 45-year career to a close
with their
‘End Of The Road’ farewell tour
. The huge tour, expected to
last three years, will begin in January 2019.
